So milk is bad for you huh!!!
We have always heard or read that "red meat is bad for you" "You can only eat X number of eggs per week" "Cholesterol is bad" (cholesterol is really bad for you) but then get this milk is bad for you too.
Apparently now exceeding a certain number of glasses of milk per day can cause fractures and kill you also but let us go back to our primary school days where we were told that taking milk is good for healthy bones, confusing I know but not according to a certain UK research that claims that milk can actually kill you. http://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/528721/Drinking-milk-linked-to-earlier-death
I do not know what the Kenya Dairy Producers will have to say about this since they are trying to encourage more dairy in take. Don't know about you but I'm still going to take my milk but just like everything else in moderation. since nothing is neither good nor bad I suggest we should moderate.
