So much has been said about the #Mydressmychoice movement while saying is a good thing I would rather support #NudityIsnotmychoice why you may ask.
Let us look at these three scenarios when what we now call socialites decides to go nude we all run to the internet and what she has put out for us to see after that we mock and some of us we ask why couldn't she display more.
When Kim Kardashian decided to break the internet by doing a nude magazine cover she did get her equal share of mocks and supports some even went further to remake the cover interestingly there were men who did that. Going back in history one African woman Saarjie Baartman who went to Europe but instead of finding greener pastures as she initially thought her body became a source of humiliation and a source of entertainment for Europeans she didn't want to, she was forced to do so but today as we watch them on TV and see their pictures on magazines it is okay but when it comes to the woman in the streets who is not dressed in a way we want to term "Decent" we are quick to undress her all because what she is not appealing to your eyes.
I think there is a better way to address this "indecency" rather humiliating someone by undressing them. Before you undress that lady think about what you are doing to her self-esteem.
