You have to look at new ways of investing. Shambas (land) can't be the only way. Anyone can be a millionaire if he chooses. Ten years is not a long time and you can make a million from the stock exchange if you have the right person guiding you.
There is an opening now because the markets are growing not only in Kenya but all the other financial markets in Africa where we have a presence.
Growth is now in Africa, which is the last frontier for investments. How do you participate and be part of this growth? You either are the one doing the investment or you work with an expert investor who can give that double-digit return. Eg. Stanlib
