We love holidays and more so we love the food that comes with it but better watch out for what goes in your plate.
I am not saying that you limit yourself in fact be adventurous and take risks with your meals just that we are tired of that one resolution year in year out the "I will loose weight or I will be healthier or I will start exercising." those resolutions are over rated how about start practicing those resolutions now don't wait for 31st December, 2014 to start listing your 2015 goals where top of the list is weight or health related.
Another thing we don't want people start calling in sick at work or at school just because they became the ingenious scientist and mixed ingredients that produce something like an explosion in the stomach rather than making your body better.
My tip this season go all out while sticking to the nutrition rule that is half of your plate should be fruits and vegetables, 1/4 proteins, and 1/4 carbohydrates.
Have a healthy festive season and a healthier 2015.
